This is a working title for a series of work I am starting. My past work has taken me through abstract representations of stones in various forms. I have taken on many meanings of what a stone represents to humanity and my new plan is to make a memorial series of various people who have died. This project came to me in the wake of the violent protest from multiple alt-right white supremacy groups and the violent death of Heather Heyer. My wish is that senseless violence from ignorant ideology ends with her but I fear there will be more to come. I am opening up a form for those that have a story to share about someone they know who has suffered in a similar way. I would like to share everyone's story.
